Clean and fairly large venue with pleasant views. Location - good, really close to restaurants, Victoria Square, trams & major sites and the center of town.
Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Fairly clean hotel in a really nice boutique building really close to the city attractions and the supermarket and the market and shops. Extremely polite staff, friendly check-in and spacious bar. Totally really lovely stay for the weekend.
Not so nice views from the window.

The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance of transport connections and a great selection of restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, with beds and pillows that offer a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful. The property itself is a beautifully refurbished building with a lovely downstairs sitting room.
The lack of daily cleaning service and the need to ask for fresh towels and other amenities is a bit disappointing.

Can't really think of anything.

Attractive true boutique hotel with super-friendly staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds, newly remodelled rooms and large bath. Generous continental breakfast with Bircher muesli and toast, as example and great value. Great customer care. Fast internet, parking nearby. Marvellous location nice to walk to free bus that goes around centre, in the amazing area.
